Practiced in a warm room, this slow restorative style class is designed for ALL skill levels. Inspired from Thai Yoga Massage (using your own body, breath, gravity and leveraging with your weight), class will begin with a gentle warm-up before transitioning to slow (1-3 min) holds of each pose. Intentionally creating and envisioning the subtle cues of mindfulness with each movement, while finding spaces to melt (within your body) with one's breath. Class is led with applicable knowledge of our everyday wear and tear. Finding new ways to see and feel your body. Expect to leave feeling in tuned, inspired, rested, taller, stretched from foot to head and renewed with some kinks worked out.
