Imagine the ability to take where you are physically, mentally, and/or spiritually beyond where you are today. Setting intentional margin space for your body, your vessel, to restore itself, despite the boisterous world around you (and even the chatter within self).
We as practitioners simply facilitate by holding space, giving your body the opportunity to reboot what it is naturally made to do… and dare we say, “be free of pain”.
These individualized experiences are explored with the art of breath through bodywork and yoga. Practitioners are trained with the knowledge of assisted stretches (through the traditional approach of Thai Massage), neuromuscular, cranial sacral therapy, active and passive release, along with fascia, visceral manipulation (organ deep tissue work), clinical massage, prenatal and postnatal work (to name a few). Deep tissue and Swedish are offered here of course, but the depth of what we do is so much more.
The sessions are at a slow pace, where the fully-clothed client can tune in to areas of their body in which they may neglect throughout their day. Just like any physical activity, breath work is vital. Learning to let your body fully relax, while incorporating deep breathing are the two most crucial things one can do to fully experience their personalized session(s).
