Thai yoga massage stretching is a one-on-one session that provides a technique that incorporates yoga, the effects of foam rolling and meditation/devotional time. The sequence is heavily influenced by the practitioner's foundation of Traditional Thai Massage, Deep tissue muscular training and Yoga.
The sessions are at a slow pace, where the fully-clothed client can tune in to areas of their body in which they may neglect throughout their day. Just like any physical activity, breath work is vital. Learning to let your body fully relax, while incorporating deep breathing are the two most crucial things one can do to fully experience their personalized session(s).
